By accessing or using the Learnforge Atelier platform, websites, courses, templates, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. User Obligations
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and checkout.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use the platform to upload or distribute harmful, illegal, or infringing content. You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or copy our proprietary course frameworks or templates without explicit written permission. Automated scraping or bulk downloading is prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, course materials, design templates, branding assets, and software on this site are the exclusive property of Learnforge Atelier or its licensors. Purchased course access grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and commercial school-building use only.
5. Disclaimers
Services and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or specific business results from using our courses or tools. Any educational outcomes depend solely on your implementation.
6. Limitation of Liability
Learnforge Atelier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for services in the twelve months preceding any claim.
7. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms without prior notice.
